At Cairns Dinner Theatre we pride our self in offering a delectable 3 course meal, no buffet here! You’re meal is prepared onsite daily by our culinary team and served to your table by our lovely wait staff. Our menu comes with a vegetarian option and all meals can be prepared gluten free, for any allergies or dietary concerns please let us know 48 hours prior to your arrival so we can make the necessary changes.

Marinated 3 point rack of lamb served on a bed of creamy herb and garlic fried gnocchi with sauteed brocollini, a crispy prosciutto shard and finished with a hint of shiraz jus.

ven baked chicken supreme pocketed with a creamy chardonnay bacon & golden eschalot filling accompanied with Rosemary and balsamic roasted root vegetables, pommes williams and capsicum glaze.

Stuffed Capsicum Pilaf   (V)
Stuffed capsicum Pilaf with a deadly combination of arugula, marinated mushrooms, eggplant, zucchini and capsicums.


DESSERT

Pavlova
Individual Pavlova filled with white chocolate mousse topped with mixed berry and mint salad with pistachio with praline shards.
